    About the role:

    Monster Closet Games is looking for a Senior Engine & 3D Programmer to join our guild of adventurers.

    As a Senior Engine & 3D Programmer you will help shape the studio’s technical direction by designing and implementing engine and rendering systems in Unreal Engine 5. You will be closely working with other engine programmers and technical directors to to build creative solutions to technical problems and provide insights on performance, memory, scalability, robustness, and testability.

    Experience and Skills:
    • 7+ years experience in the gaming industry on PC / Console games
    • 2 shipped games on PC / Consoles platforms as an engine / 3D programmer
    • Strong knowledge and experience in C++
    • Strong understanding of low-level optimizations, memory management and consoles development
    • Good understanding of shaders programming, 3D rendering algorithms and related mathematics
    • Unreal experience is a plus
    • Ability work exchange and collaborate extremely well with other team members

    Senior Gameplay Animator

    Monster Closet Games is looking for a Senior Gameplay Animator to join our guild of adventurers.

    As a Senior Gameplay Animator you will be primarily responsible for in-game animations. Closely working with the technical, art and gameplay teams, you will create polished animations that bring our characters and creatures to life, supporting the gameplay and artistic vision of the game.

    Experience and Skills:
    • 7+ years experience in animation for PC/ Console games (1 or 2 shipped games)

    Monster Closet Games is looking for an Environment Artist to join our guild of adventurers.

    As Environment Artist you will be primarily responsible for creating levels that support the art vision. Working closely with the Design, Gameplay and Art teams, you will be bringing the gameplay layouts to life by modelling environments and integrating assets to create a compelling & immersive universe for the game.

    Experience and Skills:
    • 3+ years experience in the games industry on PC/ Console games (1 or 2 shipped games).
    • Autonomous, you are able to work within technical constraints
    • Strong artistic skills & ability to take creative initiative when given a concept or a reference
    • Expertise in Unreal and Blender is a plus

    UI Artist

    About the role:

    Monster Closet Games is looking for an UI Artist to join our guild of adventurers.

    As an UI Artist you will be primarily responsible for conceptualizing, designing and integrating HUD and GUI elements, boot-up sequences, loading screens and menus. You are able to carry an idea from wireframe to concept to a polished finish and to translate ideas to real-time game content. You will also design motion graphics, as well as creating logos and iconography. You will work closely with the team to know what type of player experience is expected in order to quickly implement assets into the game engine and verify the quality of said graphics once implemented.

    Experience and Skills:
    • 3+ years as a UI Artist
    • Experience in game production and at least 1 shipped title on PC/Console

    Monster Closet Games is looking for an Art Team Lead to join our guild of adventurers.

    As Art Team Lead, you will primarily be managing your team, including direct reports, and be responsible for the production of game deliverables. Working with the producer and the production team, you will oversee the planning and tracking, as well as the delivery of your team’s work to ship a polished experience, in line with vision of the game, the art direction and within the production constraints.

    Experience and Skills:
    • 3+ years of experience managing people
    • Previous experience as an Artist in video game production (modeling, texture, level art, characters) on at least 1 console/PC shipped game
    • Experience in managing external vendors or outsourcing is a plus
    • An artistic background & a passion for video games
    • Strong people management & communication skills
    • Good project management skills (planning, tracking, reporting)
    • Experience with art production pipelines and software

    As Art Associate Producer you will be primarily responsible for managing the art teams, including direct reports, and owning game deliverables. Closely working with the producer and the production team, you will be in charge of the scope definition, planning, and delivery of your teams' work to guarantee a polished experience in line with the vision of the game, the art direction & within the production constraints.

    Experience and Skills:
    • 5+ years of experience managing teams, including multiple direct reports
    • Relevant experience in art departments for video games on 2+ console/PC shipped games

    • Excellent people management, leadership & communication skills
    • Strong project management skills (Scoping, planning, tracking, reporting & risks management)
